Duration: (a) for literary, musical or artistic works: during the lifetime of the author, plus 70 years after his death. In cases where the work is owned by a government or corporate body, 70 years after the work was first published; (b) for films and photographs: 50 years after the work was first published; (c) for sound recordings: 50 years after the recording was first published.
