The Patent Law was last amended on May 15, 2024 (in force since January 1, 2025). The Trademark Law amendments are in force since January 1, 2025. The Law of Designs amendments are in force since November 11, 2025. A new law regarding Patent Attorneys came into force on January 1, 2025.
